Soltronix strives to satisfy our customer with Quality designs, services and products that meet or exceed our customer's expectations and regulatory requirements. Soltronix continually improves quality using teamwork, expertise and partnering with our customers.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Every item we sell comes with a Soltronix satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, any item in new, unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase for a full refund (return shipping not included). We will refund shipping if the item was sent in error by us.
One Year Warranty
All Products manufactured by Soltronix carry a one-year repair warranty. All of our products are manufactured under the highest standards and are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for one year, as long as the original purchaser owns the product (proof of purchase is required).
NOTE:This warranty is non-transferable. Soltronix's limit of liability under this warranty is to repair or replace the product at Soltronix's option and expense. Consequential costs such as, but not limited to loss of use, loss of time or freight charges are not covered.
Any product that has been abused, altered, or disassembled for any reason is not covered. Items that are subject to wear are not considered defective when worn and are not covered. No other warranties are expressed or implied. We reserve the right to make changes in design and specifications without prior notice.
Soltronix only warrants the products listed on this website for their intended end use. Any damage resulting from the misuse of any products purchased from soltronixstore.com or any distributor of Soltronix, LLC is the sole responsibility of the end user.
